Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the request from Super Bowl, Inc. to rezone Lot 6, Block <br />4, Riverside West to R-1 Urban Residential. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Draft an ordinance to change the subdivision sketch plan procedure <br />so that it goes to the Parks & Recreation Commission prior to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Fox Knoll. Execute <br />development agreement. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson requested information on why it's 600' <br />for cul-de-sac length - From a planning standpoint - should we keep <br />it at that - what's the reason for it He would also like input from <br />public works people and emergency people. <br /> <br />The excerpt from the June 6 Planning Commission minutes pertaining <br />to the Rum River Golf Course Maintenance Building were approved. <br /> <br />Include the letters from residents in with the minutes of the Planning <br />Commission meeting dated June 21, 1995. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to table the case for the construction <br />of a maintenance building for the Rum River Hills Golf Course for the <br />purpose of forming a committee of residents, golf course personnel <br />and members of the Planning commission to try to find middle ground <br />for this maintenance building that is less offensive to ali involved. <br />The meeting was scheduled for 6:00 p.m., Monday, June 26, 1995 at <br />· the club house at the golf course. Rain date - Wednesday, June <br />28, 1995 - 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />With regard to amending the thoroughfare setbacks, the Planning <br />Commission voted to delete #3 which reads "On County Roads #116 <br />and #56 - adopt the County policy of 60 feet from the centerline of the <br />right-of-way plus the City's standard setback and to the 4th sentence - <br />remove the period after centerline and add "of the right of way". <br /> <br />With regard to the request for a variance - Jeffrey Wise - the Board of <br />Adjustment voted to approve numbers 1 through 14 in the affirmative. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~95-06-124 (Hendriksen/Bawden/Holland and <br />LaDue absent) adopting Findings of Fact #0377 relating to the Jeffrey <br />and Teri Wise request for a variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
