Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan for <br />AEC Energy Park contingent upon compliance with the City Staff <br />Review Letter dated May 3 I, 1995, and directed the applicant to <br />proceed to file for preliminary plat appro~,,al. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan for <br />River/47 Plaza and recommend that City Council grant final plat <br />approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter' <br />dated May 31, 1995 and the recommendations of Mn/DOT and <br />Anoka County. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant site plan approval to SuperAmerica contingent upon <br />compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated June 1, 1995. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the proposed site plan for North Lake Properties multi- <br />tenant retail facility based upon discussion and contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 1, 1995 and <br />any recommendations from Mn/DOT. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed City Staff to schedule a public <br />hearing for June 21, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. to consider an amendment <br />to the development plan for the Rum River Hills Planned Unit <br />Development to allow for construction of a golf course maintenance <br />building on Outlot G of Rum River Hills. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the site plan for the expansion of the Rum River Plaza <br />Shopping Center amending the lot size to 6.43 acres, waiving the <br />screening requirement on the west and south boundaries, requiring <br />no additional improvements to drainage and sedimentation ponds, <br />and easements for pathway and lighted intersection to be taken up in <br />the future.
