The Planning Commission voted to recommend that <br />City Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact relating to Mr. <br />Godden's request for a CUP to store commercial equipment in a <br />residential district. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />deny Mr. Godden's request for a CUP, based on the negative <br />Findings of Fact, and grant a grace period to expire on 1/1/96 in <br />order to make arrangements to store the equipment in a more <br />appropriate district. If the applicant is unable to find a relocation <br />and has made a good faith effort, he can return to City Council with <br />his request. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - North Fork, Inc.'s request for a CUP to grade <br />and export soils: The Planning Commission approved 1~6 and 8- <br />14, and directed Staff to amend the following: (7) "That the <br />Applicant has stated that the project should have minimal adverse <br />impact on the adjacent residential parcels as exporting of the earth <br />material can be accomplished within a period of four weeks <br />by belly dump truck. Amend I5-21 in the affirmative. The <br />Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council adopt <br />the amended Findings of Fact relating to North Fork's request for a <br />CUP to grade and export soils. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve North Fork's request for a CUP to grade and export soils, <br />making the appropriate modifications to the resolution declaring <br />terms of same. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to table North Fork, Inc.'s request <br />for a CUP for grading in North Fork Links until the applicant can <br />return with a resolution from the Northfork Homeowner's <br />Association. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Grace Community Bible Church's request for a <br />CUP: The Planning Commission dii:ected Staff to amend the <br />Findings of Fact in the affirmatiye, and voted to recommend that <br />City Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the request from Grace Community Bible Church for a <br />CUP and adopt the resolution declaring terms of same.
