Councilmember /ntroduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR THE RUM RIVER HILLS DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO ALLOW FOR <br />THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE BUILDING ON <br />THE SITE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 11, 1984, by Resolution #84-240, the City Council approved <br />the final development plan of the Rum River Hills PUD which provided that there would likely be <br />an out-building in which to store power carts; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 16, 1995, Rum River Hill's, Inc., applied 'for site plan approval to <br />construct a golf course maintenance building on Outlot G of Rum River Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 6, 1995, the site plan was presented to the Planning Commission <br />and action on the site plan was tabled and a public hearing was scheduled for June 2t, 1995 to <br />consider amending the PUD Development Plan to specifically allow for the establishment of a <br />maintenance building on Outlot G; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 21, 1995, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended City Council adoption of findings of fact relating to the proposed amendment to <br />the Development Plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That Council approves an amendment to the Rum River Hills PUD Development Plan, <br />based on Findings of Fact #_ , to allow for the establishment and operation of a golf <br />course maintenance building on Outlot G, Rum River Hills. <br /> <br />-OR- <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That Council denies an amendment to the Rum River Hills PUD Development Plan, based <br />on Findings of Fact #. , to allow for the establishment and operation of a golf course <br />maintenance building on Outlot G, Rum River Hills. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the followSng voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of ,1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
