distance and obtaining access permits for the desired entrances onto the two County roads. The <br />remaining right-of-way access should be dedicated to the County. City Staff is suggesting that <br />consideration be given to redirecting the Ramsey Blvd. yard access onto Sunwood Drive near <br />Ramsey Blvd. This access would give larger macks an easier access onto Ramsey Blvd. in the <br />furore, as it is anticipated that the Sunwood intersection will be signalized. <br /> <br />5Vetland: Wetland gl I7P is located on the property and in accordance with the recommendations <br />of the Park Commission when the AEC Energy Park plat was reviewed, the development of a <br />pedestrian trail and picnic sites around the wetland were to be considered at the time the site plan <br />for the AEC facility was reviewed. The site plan shows no construction of trail or picnic sites and <br />should be modified accordingly. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 1995, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to review the proposed site plan.
