If the applicant is unable to find a relocation <br />and has made a good faith effort, he can return to City Council with <br />his request. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to table North Fork, Inc.'s request <br />for a CUP for grading in North Fork Links until the applicant can <br />return with a resolution from the Northfork Homeowner's <br />Association. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan and <br />recommend that City Council grant final plat approval to Riverview <br />Bowl contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter <br />dated May 31, 1995, and discussion involving the construction of a <br />6-foot high privacy fence on the north property line of Parcel B and <br />Super Bowl's offer to relocate the volleyball court, before the 1996 <br />play season, a sufficient distance north to create a 40-foot buffer <br />between the court and what is shown as Parcel B on the sketch <br />plan. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the proposed site plan for North Lake Properties multi- <br />tenant retail facility based upon discussion and contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June I, 1995 and <br />any recommendations from Mn/DOT. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution establishing the City of Ramsey's <br />desire to continue participation in the 1996 - i998 CDBG and Home <br />Programs.
