Amend the <br />resolution as follows: Delete #10. Add a term to read <br />"The City Engineer and the developer's engineer will <br />work together to solve the drainage issue along Andrie <br />Street prior to the commencement of any grading <br />operations." The resolution will be signed By: Mayor <br />Pro Tern. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Northfork Oaks 2nd <br />Addition. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Rum River Hill, Inc.'s request to amend <br />development plan to conslruct maintenance building: The Planning <br />Commission approved 1-10 and 12-21 and directed Staff to amend <br />the following: (11) "That Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Barthel's <br />Rum River Acres are zoned rural residential and are presently used <br />for residential purposes." The Planning Commission voted to <br />recommend that City Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact <br />relating to an amendment to the development plan for the Rum <br />River Hills PUD development agreement. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the proposed amendment to the development plan for the <br />Rum River Hills PUD to include a golf course maintenance <br />building. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant site plan approval to the Rum River Hills golf course <br />maintenance building based on discussion and contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 14, 1995. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the preliminary plat for AEC Energy Park based on <br />discussion and contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review <br />Letter dated June 28, 1995, the recommendation of the Park <br />Commission on June 8, 1995, and the continued construction of <br />143rd Avenue along the south boundary of this plat to provide <br />access to the eight southerly lots. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Diane Dempsey's request for a home occupation <br />permit: The Planning Commission directed Staff to amend the <br />Findings of Fact in the affirmative, and voted to recommend that <br />City Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact.
