Draft <br /> <br />earlier express written withdrawal of such fight by Declarant. There are no <br />other limitations on Declarant's rights hereunder, except as may be imposed by <br />law. <br /> <br />Only entire platted lots, platted outlots and parcels may be added to the <br />property. <br /> <br />There are no assurances as to the times at which ali or any part of the additional <br />property will be added to the property, the order in which it will be added, the <br />number of parcels per phase, nor the size of the parcels. Declarant is under no <br />obligation to add the additional property to the property and the additional <br />property may be developed by Declarant or its successors in interest for other <br />purposes, subject only to approval by the appropriate governmental authorities. <br /> <br />All covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in this Declaration affecting <br />the use and occupancy of lots shall apply to ail lots created on the additional <br />property which is added to the property. <br /> <br />The statements made in subsections c, and d, above, shall not apply to any <br />additional property, which is not added to the property. <br /> <br />The addition of additional property to the property shall be evidenced by an <br />instrument, identified as a "Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, Conditions <br />and Restrictions for Ramsey Business Park 95", containing a legal description <br />of the portion of the additional property to be added executed by the Declarant <br />and flied for recording with the Anoka County Recorder's Office. <br /> <br /> 4.02 Others Rights to Add Additional Real Estate All of the owners of a <br />parcel of real property lying within the Ramsey Business Park 95 may add all or part of the <br />additional property owned by them to the property subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />The right of such owners to add the portions of the additional property owned <br />by them to the property shall terminate one year after the date of recording of <br />this Declaration. <br /> <br />Only entire platted lots, platted outlots and parcels may be added to the <br />property. <br /> <br />All covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in this Declaration affecting <br />use and occupancy of lots shall apply to all lots on the portions of the additional <br />property added by such owners. <br /> <br />The statements made in subsection c., above, shall not apply to any additional <br />property which is not added to the property. <br /> <br />The addition of additional property to the property shall be evidenced by an <br />instrument, identified as a "Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, Conditions <br />and Restrictions for Ramsey Business Park 95", containing a legal description <br />of the portion of the additional property to be added executed by all of the <br />owners of the additional property to be added and by the Declarant, and filed for <br />recording with the Anoka County Recorder's Office. <br /> <br />Page 7 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
