If the applicant is unable to find a relocation <br />and has made a good faith effort, he can return to City Council with <br />his request. Forward to City Council. Council tabled all <br />enforcement to study issue. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the proposed site plan for North Lake Properties multi- <br />tenant retail facility based upon discussion and contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 1, 1995 and <br />any recommendations from Mn/DOT. Forward to City Council. <br />Applicant requested tabling. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Riverview Bowl. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #95-07-147 (Zimmerman/Beahen/Hardin <br />absent) adopting Findings of Fact g0380 relating to a request from <br />North Fork, Inc. for a conditional use permit for grading in <br />Northfork Links . Amend the resolution as follows: The <br />resolution will be signed By: Mayor Pro Tern. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g95-07-148 (Beyer/Zimmerman/Hardin absent) <br />declaring terms of conditional use permit, based on Findings of <br />Fact #0380, to grade soils in Northfork Links. Amend the <br />resolution as follows: Delete #10. Add a term to read <br />"The City Engineer and the developer's engineer will <br />work together to solve the drainage issue along Andrie <br />Street prior to the commencement of any grading <br />operations." The resolution will be signed By: Mayor <br />Pro Tern. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Northfork Oaks 2nd <br />Addition. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Joel and JoDee Nelson's request for a variance <br />from street frontage or lot width requirements: The Board of <br />Adjustment approved 1-9, and directed Staff to amend the <br />following: (10) "That the special conditions, 33 feet of frontage on <br />a public road, do not result from the actions of the Applicant." <br />Amend 11-17 in the affirmative. The Board of Adjustment adopted <br />Resolution g05-07-150 adopting (amended) Findings of Fact g0381 <br />relating to Joel and JoDee Nelson's request for a variance from the <br />street frontage requirement. <br /> <br /> <br />
