Said driveway shall be <br />surfaced with bituminous, concrete or Class 5 and it shall <br />access 173rd at the same point at which the existing private <br />driveway for the adjacent parcel to the north does. The property <br />owner shall also be responsible for shaping or grading a Class 5 <br />temporary turn-around in the form of a bulb or hammerhead at the <br />western terminus of 173rd Avenue N.W. in accordance with the <br />specifications of the City Engineer to facilitate maneuverability of <br />public maintenance vehicles. The property owner shall be <br />responsible for creating a driveway and temporary mm-around that <br />does not cause erosion or an inordinate amount of runoff and <br />sedimentation onto 173rd Avenue N.W. The property owner shall <br />obtain prior approval of the driveway and turn-around plans from <br />the City Engineer, which shall include submittal of topographies for <br />the subject area. The creation of the driveway and turn- <br />around shall be complete and accepted by the City Engineer prior <br />to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the dwelling. The <br />Board of Adjustment approved Joel and JoDee Nelson's request for <br />a variance from the street frontage requirement based on Findings <br />of fact and adopted Resolution 4/95-07-151 declaring terms of same <br />(as amended). <br /> <br />Council tabled the case dealing with the maintenance building on the <br />Rum River Hills Golf Course until they have had a chance to <br />review the area that is the proposed location for such building, plus <br />any other alternatives that may be possible. Council asked that you <br />schedule a meeting with Council, golf course personnel and <br />residents. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution//95-07-160 (Beyer/Beahen/All) approving the <br />application for a Dwelling Moving Permit to place a modular home <br />on Lot 8, Block 1, Pineview Estates 2nd Addition, and declare <br />terms of permit as proposed. <br /> <br />Council approved the preliminary plat for AEC Energy Park <br />contingent upon increasing the easement between Lots 2 and 3 of <br />Block 3 to 60 feet, with Block 3 receiving access from Sunwood <br />Drive N.W., and the final plat providing an outlot along the south <br />boundary of the plat for the possible future extension of 143rd <br />Avenue N.W. Proceed to final. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution 4/95-07-157 (Peterson/Beyer/All) adopting the <br />Findings of Fact//0382 relating to a request for a home occupation <br />permit at 14794 Krypton Court N.W. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution//95-07-158 (Beyer/Peterson/All) approving the <br />issuance of a home occupation permit at 14794 Krypton Court <br />N.W. <br /> <br /> <br />
