The <br />approximate time will be 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Council scheduled the workshop for 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, <br />September 20, 1995 to discuss parking and storing of commercial <br />vehicles in residential districts and to direct City Staff to place an <br />article in the next Ramsey Resident regarding the workshop. <br /> <br />The City Council directed Staff to schedule a joint meeting, on a <br />quarterl'y basis, to commence at 6:?00 p.m. prior to the Planning <br />Commission's meeting. It was also suggested that there be dinner <br />available (i.e. box lunches or pizza). <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Super Bowl, Inc./Fitzsimonds Builders request <br />to rezone certain property: The Planning Commission directed Staff <br />to amend the Findings of Fact in the affirmative and voted to <br />recommend that City Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact <br />relating to a request from Super Bowl, Inc. and Fitzsimonds <br />Builders to rezone certain property from B-3 Highway Business to <br />R-1 Urban Residential. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />adopt Ordinance g95-XX rezoning Lot 6, Block 4, Riverside West <br />from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential. Forward to <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Good Value Homes' request for a CUP to grade <br />and export soils: The Planning Commission approved 1-12, <br />directed Staff to amend 13-19 in the affirmative, and add a finding <br />indicating the applicant will provide traffic control at their expense <br />to alleviate problems on Sunfish lake Drive. The Planning <br />Commission voted to recommend that city Council adopt the <br />amended Findings of Fact relating to Good Value Homes, Inc.'s <br />request for a CUP to grade and export soils.
