All utility <br />transmission crossings of land and essential services within the Scenic River <br />Land Use District designated by this section shall require a conditional use <br />permit. The construction of such transmission services and essential <br />services shall be subject to the standards and criteria listed in of MN Rules, <br />part 6105.0180. No conditional use permit shall be required for high <br />voltage transmission lines under control of the Environmental Quality <br />Council pursuant to Minnesota Statutes SS 116 C 61. <br /> <br />Subd. 7.b.5. With the omission of e., change f. to e. (I think these were <br />also supposed to be parentheses [e.g. (e)] in your new scheme.) <br /> <br />Thank you very much for making the other changes listed in previous letters. I will be happy <br />to review as many other drafts pertaining to the Rum and Mississippi Rivers ,a_s you would <br />like.
