Amend the <br />resolution as follows: Delete #10. Add a term to read <br />"The City Engineer and the developer's engineer will <br />work together to solve the drainage issue along Andrie <br />Street prior to the commencement of any grading <br />operations." The resolution will be signed By: Mayor <br />Pro Tern. <br /> <br />The City Council directed Staff to schedule a joint meeting, on a <br />quarterly basis, to commence at 6:?00 p.m. prior to the Planning <br />Commission's meeting. It was also suggested that there be dinner <br />available (i.e. box lunches or pizza). <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to AEC Energy Park. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for AEC contingent upon compliance <br />with City Staff review letter dated July 26, 1995, and the August 1, <br />1995 recommendations of the PC. Execute Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the developer <br />of Brandseth be directed to proceed to apply for preliminary plat <br />approval contingent upon the action of the Park and Recreation <br />Commission. If it is decided to require land as park, developer <br />will return to the Planning Commission with a sketch plan. <br /> <br />Council approved the issuance of a temporary dwelling moving <br />permit and terms of same for the George Grabrick family at 7731 - <br />172nd Lane N.W. They also directed staff to draft a policy to <br />establish a procedure for the use of temporary structures in any <br />district in the event of disaster. The policy should be written to give <br />staff the authority to approve the permit in the case of an <br />emergency. This would avoid the applicant having to wait for the <br />next meeting or paying the charge of having a special meeting. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed modification to the phasing plan <br />and the building design for Anchor's Away in Deal Industrial Park. <br />Council suggested putting textured concrete on part of the front <br />wall. Notify applicant. <br /> <br />Council tabled adopting the ordinance to amend City Code <br />regulations for construction work hours because they would like <br />language added that allows for Sunday activity but restricted to <br />individual homeowners. Bring back for introduction to Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
