Amend the resolution as follows: Delete #10. Add a term to read "The City Engineer and the developer's engineer will work together to solve the drainage issue along Andrie Street prior to the commencement of any grading operations." The resolution will be signed By: Mayor Pro Tern. The City Council directed Staff to schedule a joint meeting, on a quarterly basis, to commence at 6:?00 p.m. prior to the Planning Commission's meeting. It was also suggested that there be dinner available (i.e. box lunches or pizza). Council granted final plat approval to AEC Energy Park. Execute Development Agreement. Council approved the site plan for AEC contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated July 26, 1995, and the August 1, 1995 recommendations of the PC. Execute Development Agreement. The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the developer of Brandseth be directed to proceed to apply for preliminary plat approval contingent upon the action of the Park and Recreation Commission. If it is decided to require land as park, developer will return to the Planning Commission with a sketch plan. Council approved the issuance of a temporary dwelling moving permit and terms of same for the George Grabrick family at 7731 - 172nd Lane N.W. They also directed staff to draft a policy to establish a procedure for the use of temporary structures in any district in the event of disaster. The policy should be written to give staff the authority to approve the permit in the case of an emergency. This would avoid the applicant having to wait for the next meeting or paying the charge of having a special meeting. Council approved the proposed modification to the phasing plan and the building design for Anchor's Away in Deal Industrial Park. Council suggested putting textured concrete on part of the front wall. Notify applicant. Council tabled adopting the ordinance to amend City Code regulations for construction work hours because they would like language added that allows for Sunday activity but restricted to individual homeowners. Bring back for introduction to Council.
