Properties request for rezoning: The <br />Planning Commission voted to accept 1-8 as presented, amend 9 <br />and 10 in the affumative, and add a finding to read "City Staff has <br />verified that the subject property has been subdivided by the City <br />and that deeds have been executed and recorded at the County with <br />the appropriate legal descriptions." The Planning Commission <br />voted to recommend that City Council adopt the amended Findings <br />of Fact relating to a request from L.A.N.D. Properties to rezone <br />certain property form B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban <br />Residential. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the request from L.A.N.D. Properties to rezone the south <br />half of PIN 34-32-25-14-0017 from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 <br />Urban Residential. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed City Staff to prepare an <br />ordinance amendment to Sections 9.50.02 (except Subd. 1.a), <br />9.50.03 and 9.50.04 and to review for possible amendment the <br />verbiage of Sections 9.50.37, Subd. 5.e; 9.50 37, Subd. 9.b; <br />9.50.50, Subd. 3, paragraph 9 (Stage I Improvements); and <br />9.50.57, Subd. 2, as discussed. Forward to Parks and Recreation <br />Commission and City Council prior to scheduling public hearing. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g95-10-230 (Peterson/Beahen/Beyer absent) <br />adopting Findings of Fact g0387 to rezone certain property from B- <br />e Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Council introduced the ordinance rezoning that part of PIN 34-32- <br />25-14-0017 lying south of Riverdale Drive from B-3 Business to <br />R-1 Urban Residential. Place on subsequent agenda for formal <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Council approved the deviation from the City street grid system to <br />allow 159th Court and 159th Circle in Northfork Oaks 2nd <br />Addition to be named Royal Court and Royal Circle respectively. <br />The applicant was present at the meeting. Council directed that <br />Staff draft a policy pertaining to the changing of street names. Place on a subsequent agenda for formal <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Council adopted the policy entitled "Provisions for Temporary <br />Structures in Emergency Situations". They also adopted the <br />resolution establishing a financial guarantee in the amount of $500 <br />for emergency temporary structure permits and directed that the <br />permit form be amended to verify that the temporary structure is up <br />to building code standards. Review with Glyn Huff to ascertain <br />that this verbiage is adequate. Get the policy and permit form to <br />Admin for processing. <br /> <br /> <br />
