Alternative roads <br />are subject to the approval of the City Engineer. b. While haulin,g, <br />operations are in progress, the permit holder shall maintain . . . <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve North Fork's request for a conditional use pemxit to grade, <br />import and export soils from Outlot C, Northfork, and declare <br />terms as amended. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Schedule a special Planning Commission meeting for Thursday, <br />November 30, 1995 @ 7:00 p.m. to discuss City Code pertaining <br />to storage of commercial vehicles in residential districts. Also send <br />out a reminder to residents asking for their comments and <br />suggestions to be submitted to the Planning Commission for review <br />prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission tabled the case entitled "Review <br />Proposed Amendments to the Shoreland Management and Scenic <br />River Ordinance" until their next regular meeting in December. <br /> <br />Make copies of the Neil Pratt complaint for the Planning <br />Commissioners in order that they may go out and review the <br />property in question. <br />The City Council/Planning Commission voted to modify the <br />thoroughfare setback along County roads to be 60 feet from the <br />centerline of the existing right-of-way plus our local applicable <br />setback. <br /> <br />City Staff was directed to work with the Planning Commission to <br />deal with the issue of an equitable, uniform local structure setback <br />from county roads and return to City Council with a <br />recommendation. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission was directed to perform an overall <br />review of Chapter 9 of the City Code since they are presently <br />dealing with two sections in that chapter.
