I I I I I I Complete Complete Complete Complete Complete 11~/95 Monthly Status Report Findings of Fact - Bury & Carlson's request for amended CUP for demolition concrete and asphalt processing facility: The Planning Commission voted to approve 1-8 as presented, amend 9-13 in the affirmative, and recommend that City Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact. Forward to City Council. The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council approve the issuance of an amended conditional use permit to Bury and Carlson, with the exception that term g4 regarding stockpile heights be equivalent to that of Commercial Asphalt's CUP. Forward to City Council. Findings of Fact - Amcor Precast's request for an interim use permit for a temporary structure: The Planning Commission voted to approve 1-9 as presented and amend the following: (10) "That the proposed temporary structure will not increase traffic to or from..." (11) "That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental..." (12) "That the proposed structure will not impair the use of surrounding properties." (13) "That the proposed temporary structure will be maintained so as to be appropriate in appearance . " (14) "That the proposed temporary structure will not ~e' hazardous or disturbing to neighboring uses." (15) "That the proposed temporary sumcmre will be adequately served by essential public facilities and services." The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact relating to a request for an interim use permit for a temporary structure from Amcor Precast. Forward to City Council. The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council approve the request for an interim use permit for a temporary structure from Amcor Precast based on the positive Findings of Fact and comments regarding taxes. Findings of Fact - North Fork's request for a CUP to grade, import and export soils: The Planning Commission voted to approve 1-12 and 14-17 as presented and amend the following: (13) "That the Applicant has stated that all exported and imported material would be directed through the identified site to the existing haul road shown on the Phasing Plan; along the railroad tracks to 153rd Avenue and out to Highway #10. At such time as Inverness extends to Jarvis, a possible alternative route from Inverness to Jarvis to Highway #10 might be appropriate." (18) 'What the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons..." Amend 19-24 in the affirmative. Add a finding to read "That there has been discussion that the haul road described by Applicant may not be appropriate." The Planning Commission voted to recommend City Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact relating to North Fork's request for a CUP to grade, import and export soils from Outlot C, Northfork.
