Prior to the Council approval of a final plat, <br />the following procedures shall be followed: <br /> <br /> a Following approval of the preliminary plat by the Council, the <br /> zoning officer shall promptly notify the subdivider of said <br /> approval tm~ "'~'~'~ ...... <br /> apl;rOv:.ngv-,-~-,-,-~.,-"~:'~': ..... ,,-~,,.~' Within one (1) year following <br /> approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall file six (6) <br /> copies of the final plat with the zoning officer. Thereafter, the <br /> Council may extend the period upon written application by the <br /> subdivider and subject to all applicable performance conditions <br /> and requirements, or the Council may require submission of a <br /> new application unless the Council finds that substantial activity <br /> and invcslment has occurred in reasonable reliance on the <br /> approved application and thc subdivider will suffer substantial <br /> financial damage as a consequence of a requirement to submit a <br /> new application. The final plat shall incorporate all changes <br /> required by the Council.. <br /> <br /> c. The zoning officer shall refer copies of the final plat to the City <br /> Engineer and the city engineer and the zoning officer <br /> shall generate- a final plat report, the abreact at "2fie or <br /> <br /> d. The c~... c.,~ ...... ,~ c~.. ^. ..... final plat report shall <br /> be submitted ~ to the Council within -1~ 21 days <br /> after the filing of the final plat with the zoning officer. In <br /> the final plat report, the City Engineer shall state whether <br /> the final plat and the improvements conform to the engineering <br /> and design standards and specifications of the City. <br /> <br /> f. The final plat shall be prepared in accordance with all applicable <br /> federal and state laws and county ordinances. <br /> <br /> <br />
