Section 9.50.50 (Consumction of Improvements), Subdivision 3 (Basic Improvements Installed by <br />.Developer) item c (Stage II Improvements) number 6 (Boulevard Sodding and Front Yard Tree(s)) <br />~s hereby mended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Boulevard Sodding and Front Yard Tree(s). These items shall be <br />completed just prior to occupancy of the building. These items may <br />be completed sooner provided the developer/subdivider maintains <br />the sod and tree(s) until the dwelling or structure is occupied. <br /> <br />Section 9.50.57 (Sidewalks and Pedestrian Ways), Subdivision 2 (Construction of Trailways) is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />All accessible bikeway/walkway trailways shall be conslructed of a minimum two inch (2',) <br />bituminous mat on a two inch (2") gravel base. Grades and specifications shall be as approved by <br />the city engineer. All paved trailways shall be of an eight foot (8') width with two foot (2') graded <br />shoulders.
