Interim Use - Temporary use of property until a particular date or until the <br />occurrence of a particular event. <br /> <br /> Ju0k Yard - Land or buildings where waste, discarded or salvaged materials are <br />bought, sold, stored, exchanged, cleared, packaged, disassembled or handled. <br /> <br /> Land Reclamation - The process of the reestablishment of, acceptable <br />topography (i.e. slopes), vegetative cover, soil stability and the establishment of safe conditions <br />appropriate to the ~ubsequent use of the land. <br /> <br /> Light Manufacturing - The processing and fabrication of certain materials and <br />products where no process involved will produce noise, vibrations, air pollution, fire hazard or <br />noxious emissiou Which will disturb or endanger neighboring properties. <br /> <br /> Lo~- A parcel of land occupied or capable of being occupied by one or more <br />structures, excluding road right-of-way and/or easements. <br /> <br /> Lot of Record - Any lot which individually, or as part of a subdivision, was a <br />separate parcel of record on April 28, 1972. <br /> <br /> Lot~ Depth of- A mean horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines <br />measured in the m~an direction of the side lot lines. <br /> <br /> Lot~ Frontage - The front of a lot shall be, for purposes of complying with this <br />City code, that boundary abutting a public right-of-way having the least width. <br /> <br />Lot~ Interior - A lot, other than a comer lot, including through lots. <br /> <br /> Lot~ Line - A property boundary line of any lot held in single or separate <br />ownership; except ..that where any portion of the lot extends into the abutting street or alley, the <br />lot line shall be deemed to be the street or alley right-of-way. <br /> <br /> Lots Minimum Area of- The surface of a lot computed exclusive of any portion <br />of the right-of-way~ of any public street or thoroughfare for all commercial and industrial lots and <br />all residential lots. In the event of more than one street frontage, the measurement will be taken <br />at the street where driveway access is gained unless otherwise approved by the City. <br /> <br />Lob Through - A lot fronting on two parallel streets. <br /> <br /> Lots Width - The uniform width measured at the property line abutting the street <br />at the minimum building setback line of the underlying zoning district. In the case of a lot <br />abutting a cul-de-sac, the lot width is the width measured at right angles to the depth at the <br />building setback requirement. <br /> <br /> Marlufactured Home - A structure, transportable in one or more sections, which <br />in the traveling mode, is eight (8) body feet or more in width and forty (40) body feet or more in <br />length, or, when erected on site, is 320 or more square feet, and which is built on a permanent <br />chassis and designated to be used as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br /> <br />
