b) Other Standards: 1. The Planned Unit Development process (9.20.31) shall be used for all development in the MU-PUD District. Standards for residential and commercial uses may be applied as determined necessary when reviewing development proposals. Otherwise, development standards are established for each element of a project as approved by the PUD. SECTION 3. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause the amendments to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. A listing, by parcelr identification number, of the parcels to be zoned Mixed Use - Planned Unit Development is attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A. SECTION 4. S~MMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #03-23 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-23 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to implement the Mixed Use- Planned Unit Development Zoning District in accordance with the 2001 Comprehensive Plan. SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
