SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #03-23 has been approved by the City Council of the City of. Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-23 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to implement the Mixed Use- Planned Unit Development Zoning District in accordance with the 2001 Comprehensive Plan. SECTION 2. [_F~_E(;TIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
