As part of the subdivision, Mr. Bauer is requesting that he not be required to construct the extension of the road to his property line, but instead be able to put a bituminous driveway within the public right-of-way. In summary, Mr. Bauer has a fragmented total of 171 feet of street frontage for Lot 2. The priming' access to Lot 2 will be from !60~ Lane NW, which has 66 feet of unimproved public road right-of- way that dead ends into the property, h~ order to subdivide as proposed, Mr. Bauer needs to receive a variance to the lot width at street frontaBe.
