The City <br />Council again denied the request to subdivide, based on the lack o~'public road frontage. <br /> <br />The curt'eat application is ~'or a variance to public road frontage requirements, to allow the <br />applicants to proceed with a minor subdivision to create a second buildable lot on the Subject <br />Property. Stafl~ has received comments on the application fi'om the DNR, which has no concerns <br />with the requested yin'lance to pnblic road fi'ontage requirements. <br /> <br />The applicants are requesting the variance to allow for one additional lot, to be sold to their <br />daughter and son-in-law. The remainder of the property would be platted as an outlot.
