payments for current services that are delinquent as of September 1 of each year. This is the <br />eighth year that the City of Ramsey will be certifying delinquent payments as assessments to be <br />collected with property taxes payable in 2004. The total of delinquent payments as of the writing <br />of this case was $16,392.95, which includes penalties and interest. This amount is anticipated to <br />change after collections through September 23, 2003, are posted. The new amount will be the <br />amount to be included in the resolution for certification.
