CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT AGB~ENT <br /> <br />This contract entered into this ~ay of ~d/~ , 1985, <br />between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter refe~ed£~o as "City,' <br />and Mr. fluarles Delaney, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," <br />in conjunction with the issuance of a Special Use Permit to <br />hold an annual game fair in an R-1 district. <br /> <br />The special use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and complying with the followin§ <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1) Parking for the use shall be at Central P~rk. <br /> <br />2) City Staff shall review this special use permit <br /> ann,m] ly before and after each game fair. <br /> <br />3) The City reserves the"right to inspect the premises <br /> during the game fair if it receives complaints from <br /> adjoiriing property c~ners. <br /> <br />4) This special use permit agreement shall apply only <br /> to that property generally known as east of Lake Eddy <br /> and legally described as follcws: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 17, Township 31, Range 25, Anoka County, <br /> <br /> The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br /> Section 17, Township 31, Range 25, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota./ <br /> <br />5) That this special use permit shall apply only to <br /> the Saturday and Sunday of the weekend immediately <br /> preceding Labor Day"Weekend and the Saturday, <br /> Sunday and Monday of Labor Day Weekend. <br /> <br />6) That the name of Ramsey be used in the publicity <br /> literature. <br /> <br />The Applican~ understands and agrees that the special use <br />permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall <br />be reviewed annually ky City Staff. <br /> <br /> <br />
