costs for the portion of the future trail along Lot 2 shall not be required at this time, but <br />will be required upon future platting of Lot 1. <br />26. Easements. PERMITTEE shall be responsible for drafting and recording easements for <br />all trails on private property. Said easements shall be executed prior to the CITY <br />releasing the Plat for recording and shall be recorded at the same time as the Plat. <br />27. Maintenance Agreement. PERMITTEE shall be responsible for drafting and recording <br />a maintenance agreement for on -site stormwater improvements, subject to review and <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br />28. Notices.
