Commons Parking <br />Lot Improvements <br />City Engineer Himmer reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to authorize staff to <br />approve Resolution 11- 05 -093A awarding a contract for City project #11 -22; Rhinestone <br />Commons Parking Lot Improvements, to Oman Brothers in the amount of $125,194.61. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Elvig, Backous, <br />McGlone, Tossey, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />COUNCILMEMBER/STAFF INPUT <br />Ramsey Raceway <br />City Administrator Ulrich explained the raceway will get their permit on Tuesday, June 21. The <br />City will make sure insurance is in place, and do all it can to get them going as early as possible. <br />Golf Tournament <br />Mayor Ramsey noted if any Councilmembers want to play golf in a City- sponsored tournament, <br />they should contact City Administrator Ulrich <br />Funds from Property <br />Mayor Ramsey questioned where the funds would go from auctioning off the Holiday station, <br />once the City purchases it. <br />Public Works Director Olson noted the demolition would cost a little more and the funds would <br />be used to offset the staff time it has used to work on this. <br />OCTV Taping <br />Public Works Director Olson pointed out Fire Chief Kapler and Police Chief Way are scheduled <br />to tape a show next week for QCTV. <br />5.
