Frankly speaking, Lots 2, 3 and z~ are so inundated with stockpiles, debris, and inoperable <br />equipment that I don't see how that coupled with the end of the construction season will be <br />conducive to getting your new building constructed this year. You should consider this letter as <br />official notice to clear and c~ase all ~ctivity on Lots 2, 3 and ,~ and bring Lot 1 into compliance by <br />November 30, I will be observing the property on a weekly basis to monitor progress with this <br />directive. <br /> <br />Please be aware that violations of your conditional use permits are considered misdemeanors and <br />may be prosecuted as such, in addition to serving as cause for revocation.
