Since my inspections in <br />October and November, it is appa_~nt that Mr. Karst has been working to clean up Lots 2, 3 and 4. However, <br />some outside storage of debris and inoperable equipment continues on the properb'. ! also observed <br />employees preparing feedstock with cutting torches on the site. As for Lot 1, the fence screening remains in <br />unacceptable condition, a lugger of materials being stored outside the fenced area appeared to be very. close to, <br />if not in the road right-of-way. Operations have expanded-beyond the limits of Lot 1 and that explains <br />operations going onto Lots 2, 3 and 4 prior to the construction of the building. <br /> <br /> <br />
