You were given until November 30, 1993 <br />to bring Lot 1 intolcompliance and to clear and cease activity on LoB 2, 3 and 4 until the building is <br />constructed. Although it is evident that a fair amount of e{forr has been put forth to comply with <br />my directives, it hgs been noted for the record that Lots 2, 3 and 4 continue to be used for conduct <br />of operations (including preparation of feedstock) that are not wholly within a building, and <br />outside storage of iiebris and inoperable equipment. <br /> <br />Consequently, I have scheduled a public hearing for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 1993 at <br />7:00 p.m. The public hearing will ~ held at the Ramsey MUnicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W. The purposo. of the public hearing is to provide City Council with the opportunity m receive <br />public comment regarding activities on Lots 2, 3 and 4 and consider going forward with action <br />necessary to revok~ the conditional use permit issued for those lots.
