A copy of the findings of fact, as they are currently drafted, is enclosed for your review and information. As mentioned ar the Council meeting, you are also invited to submit any suggestions for additional f'mdings that you would like considered for inclusion. These findings are scheduled to be presented to City. Council at their regular meeting on Tuesday, januar), 18, 1994 at ?:00 p.m. At that time, City Council may amend, if necessms', and adopt the proposed fred/rigs of facL These facts are then used as the b~is for theft decision that even/rog re either revoke or retain the conditional use permit issued to Darmy's Trarmy's on Lots 2, 3 and 4. If you have some suggestions for additional findings of fact, please submit them to me ~ writing by 5:00 p.m. on t:riday, January 7, 1994. At this point, the opdons that will be presented to Council on January lg, 1994 are: 1) revoke permit 2) revoke permit w/th a stay of penalty for a probafionmb, period; 3) retain permit in force with a probationary per/od.
