Although it appeared that physical operations relating to the aluminum <br />recyctying faciliW on Lot 1 had been eliminated from these lots, I did observe that there continued <br />to be outside storage of inoperable equipment, materials and debris. In my opinion, them has been <br />very little effort;put forth to continue improv/ng the condition of premises beyond the level <br />achieved .just pric/r to the December 14, 1993 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
