Council.member <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~94-01- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # REGARDING <br />THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ISSUED TO DAN'rJq'v~S TRANNY'S, <br />INC <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Danny's Tranny's, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", <br />has a Conditional Use Permit to disassemble engines and transmissions and conduct <br />wholesale operations in the Ludustrial District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2, Anoka Count3,, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Sim") <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder properly applied for a conditional use permit to disassemble <br />engines and transmissions and conduct wholesale operations in the Indusn4al <br />Dis~ct and the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />June 1, 1993 on this application. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council approved the request for a conditional use permit on <br />June 22, 1993 (the "CUP"). <br /> <br />That the following violations of the terms of the CUP have been documented by the <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />d) <br />e) <br /> <br />g) <br /> <br />h) <br /> <br />Operations commenced prior to the construction of the building, which <br />operations include the loading and unloading of materials, mansporration of <br />materials fi.om the Site to Lot 1, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park <br />Plat #2, and sorting of materials; <br />Exterior storage of equipment, debris, inoperable equ/pment and materials <br />wa/ting to be prepared for processing on Lot i, Block 4, Gateway North <br />Indusmal P~x Plat #2; <br />Areas being used for parking, loading and maneuvering are not <br />hardsurfaced; <br />Lo~rl~ng and unloading not being conducted wholly within a building; <br />Traffic being generated that contributes to congestion of public streets such <br />as loading and unloading operations and off-street parldng extending into <br />road right-of-way; <br />Site not being pol/ced regularly to er/sure orderly aesthetic conditions; <br />Outside storage of semi-trailers on the Sitein violation of hem #19 of the <br />CLIP; <br />Preparation of feedstock for the aluminum recycling facility on Lot 1, Block <br />4, Gateway North Lnduslrial Park Plat #2. <br /> <br />(hereinafter "the v/olarions") <br /> <br />/,9 <br /> <br /> <br />
