Counc-iln~mber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION g94-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION! REVOKING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ISSUED <br />DANNY'S TRikNNY'S INC. <br /> <br />TO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 22, 1993, the Ramsey City Council issued a conditional use <br />permit (CUP) to Danny's Tranny'a, Inc. (Permit Holder); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 18, 1994, City Council adopted Findings of Fact # <br />pursuant to Sectiofi 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code relating to the Permit Holder's CUP. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the CUP issued by the City of Ramsey to Danny's Tranny's, Inc. on June 22, 1993, <br />is hereby r~voked based on Findings of Fact # <br /> <br />The motion for theiadoprion of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci!member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon smd res01ution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ram~ey CiD' Council this <br />the 18th day of JanUary, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Iviayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
