Councilrr~mbe~r inn'ocluced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g'94-01- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ("CUP:) <br />ISSUED TO DANNY'S TRANNY'S INC. ("P") ON LOTS Z, 3 AND 4, BLOCK <br />4, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT #2 ("SITE") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on Janna.ry 18, 1994, the Ramsey City Council adopted Findings of Fact <br />, which the City Council believes would support revocation of the CUP; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Rarnsey City Council finds that it has given ample opportunity to the <br />Permit Holder to comply with the CUP; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Permit Holder strenuously represents that it will take immediate action to <br />comply with the CUP; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Permit Holder has presented the City with specific plans for CUP <br />compliance, such as the retention of adddrionat personnel; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, some effort has been made on the part of the Permit Holder to bring the Site <br />into compliance by physical removal of some of the debris and outside storage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council members desire to cooperate with businesses within the <br />community ha order to enhance the economic well being of the City and provide jobs for members <br />of the comml.ufiB,. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i) That the Permit Holder's CUP shall be confi.r[uekL <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That CiG Staff is directed to closely monitor the Site for CUP compliance which <br />shall include monthly reports to the City Council. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That ff all debris and outside storage are not removed from the Site by February 28, <br />!994, the City will consider a new revocation procedure at a regular City Council <br />meeting occuring within thirty (30) days of said date. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That if each and every one of the CLIP conditions are not ha full compliance on May <br />31, 1994, the City will consider a new revocation procedure at a reg'ular City <br />Council meeting occuring within thirty (30) days of sa/d dam. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councdtrnember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vow_xI in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
