D~ebris removal activities shall be instituted promptly following information of <br />such accur~ulafion. In the event the Permit Holder fails to remove debris within 24 hours <br />of notice o.~ accumulation by the City, the City may cause such debris to be removed. Thc <br />City shall l~ill the cost of such removal to thc Permit Holder and payment shall be remitted <br />within 30 d~ys of thc date of such billing. Visual chex:ks for debris accumulation shall bc <br />made at le~t once daily by employees of thc Permit Holder. <br /> <br />All cquiprqent and vehicles utilized in the conduct of business at Danny's Tranny's, Inc. <br />shall be pe0odically inspected and maintained to minimize noise, odors, safety and fire <br />safety concerns and to assure optimum pollution control. <br /> <br />Surface an{t ground waters originating outside and passing through or adjacent to the <br />Subject Property and runoff water discharged from the Site shall, at its point of departure <br />from thc Su[bject Property, meet all apphcable federal and state water quality standards as <br />they exist fr~m time to rime during the period of this CUP. The operator shall perform any <br />water treat~ncnt necessary to comply with applicable state and federal water quality <br />standards a~ they exist from time to time during the period of this CUP. Grading and <br />drainage pNlns shall bc submitted to and appro'Ved by'the City Engineer in conjunction with <br />the constru{tion of the building on thc Subject Property. Berming shall be installed as <br />n<essary t~ control nm-off. <br /> <br />Off-street pgking shall bc prov;dcd m accordance wzth Sheet 2 of 4 of the rote plan drawn <br />by Hakansdm Anderson Associates, Inc., dated 8/26/92 with revision dates of 8/27/92, <br />9/16/92 andl.$/I 1/93. Thc number of off-street parking spaces shall consist of a rninirntlm <br />of 15 emplo~,ee, 7 visitor, and 3 tractor-trailer. <br /> <br />All parkin~ loading, and maneuvering areas and driveways shall be surfaced with <br />biu~miuous br concrete and finished with B-612 or surmountable concrete curbing. <br /> <br />All lo~ding ~and unloading operations shall be conducted wholly inside the building. <br /> <br />The traffic g~neratcd by the use shall be controlled in a manner that will avoid congestion of <br />public strcet~ and traffic hazards. <br /> <br />The Permit ~oldcr shall regularly police the ama open or visible to the public so as to keep <br />it in a neat, drderly, sanitary and aesthetic condition at alt times. <br /> <br />The use of uFailers, trucks or vehicles for long term storage (longer than 30 consecutive <br />days) is prohibitexi. All vehicles and trailers on site must be. ar a current license, be <br />registered, ~d must be road worthy. <br /> <br /> <br />
