A copy of the findings of fact, as they are cm'renQy drafted, is enclosed for your review a.nd information. As mentioned at the Council meeting, you are also invited to submit any suggestions for additional £mdings that you would Like considered for inclusion. These findings are scheduled to be pmsentcxi to CiD' Council at their regular meeting on Tuesday, January 18, !994 at 7:t30 p.m. At that time, City Council may amend, if necessary, and a~opt the proposed findings of fact. These facts a_m then used as the basis for their d~ision that evening to either revoke or retain the conditional use permit issued to Danny's Trarmy's on Lots 2, 5 and 4. tf you have some suggestions for additional findings of fact, please submit them to me in writing by 5:00 p.m. on Mr/day, January 7, 1994. At this point., the options dam wiI1 be presented to Council on January 18, 1994 are: 1) revoke permi~ 2) revoke permit with a stay of penaltT for a probadona.D' period; 3) retain permit in force with a probationary period.
