City Staff is recommending that Da.lies R.V. be granted an extension to October 30, 1997 to <br />complete the required site improvements in lieu of investments being made for building <br />improvements and the fact that City Code has established a 1997 date for non-conforming <br />properties to install site improvements. City Staff recommends denial of the request to waive the <br />financial guarantee requirement. The financial guarantee was originally established at $47,868.00. <br />That amount has been reduced to $36,868.00 based on the amount of improvements installed to <br />date. <br /> <br />If providing a letter of credit is a hardship, there is another very econon'fical form of financial <br />guarantee acceptable to the City and it is called a Pledge and Payment.
