remove the requirements of advertising vacancies in the newsletter and to allow the creation of a <br />list of ranked candidates that could be appointed in the case of a vacancy. <br /> <br />Councihnembers Pearson and Kurak concurred with the recommendation. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the attendance policy.
