He indicated Staff is dismayed the slab was pored in advance, but he understands it <br />was a mistake. While Staff does not like being put in this position, the request is consistent with <br />others. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt added the City does have a tendency to encourage indoor storage. <br /> <br />Motion by Co .rr~,~issioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to recommend that the <br />citY Council adopt' findings of fact relating to approval of David and Gale Hennek's request for a <br />conditional use permit'for an oversized accessory building. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
