Revised Site Plan Review: Ramsey Professional Building
Page 3 of 3
September 24, 2003
Revised: October 10, 2003

Waste Storage: City Code requires that all solid waste and refuse receptacles be stored indoors
or completely screened from abutting properties. The site plan indicates that the waste storage
area will be outside the building. Please provide the City with details on how the trash enclosure
will be screened.

Lighting: No parking lot lighting is proposed as part of the site plan. Please provide the City
with informationregarding lighting on the exterior of the building, if any.

Drainage and Grading: The original grading plan submitted was unacceptable. The applicant
has submitted a revised grading and drainage plan that is generally acceptable. Steve Jankowski
has sent you a letter dated October 16, 2002 regarding the revised ~ading and drainage plan.
Please refer to that letter for additional necessary revisions (I have enclosed a copy of that letter
for your information).

REU Number: The City assigns each commercial property a Residential Equivalent Number
(REU) which is based upon the amount of impervious surface area on the site. When this
information is provided, the City will assign the REU number.

The City Council.will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 14, 2003, at the Ramsey Fire
Station, 15050 Armstrong Blvd., NW, to review your proposed revised site plan. I suggest that
you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise. A
copy of the case cover sheet is enclosed for your information.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please don't hesitate to call us.

Respectfully,

CITY OF 1La~MSEY

Associate Planner
