Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVID JEFFREY <br /> TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, sixteen applicants expressed interest in serving on the Planning <br />Commission and were invited to interview for the vacant seat; and <br /> <br /> WIlE ,REAS, the Personnel Committee has recommended that the vacancy be <br />filled by David Jeffrey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said vacancy will expire December 31, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to appoint David Jeffrey to the Planning <br /> Comm[ssion for a partial term expiring December 31, 2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of October, 2003. <br /> <br />GSAdministration\HumanResources\Commissions\Planning~003\appt commissioner 10-14-03.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
