City Building Official has indicated that the main dwelling structure was <br />constructed in about 1964 and an addition to the dwelling was constructed in about 1974. <br /> <br />That the ~pplicant currently resides in the addition and the Applicant's daughter and family <br />female m the ma.m livm~ quarters. <br /> <br />That the ~pplicant has submitted a written statement indicating that a conditional use permit <br />should riot be necessary because the main living quarters and accessory apartment are <br />occupiex~ by family and the units are non-income producing, and the two units are serviced <br />by the sakne septic system and well. <br /> <br /> I, <br /> <br /> <br />
