RESOLUTI~ RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g94.02 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL PINE COVE ADDr'flON) WHER~EAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prtpare a feasibility study for thc 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and wHEREAs, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which in~licates the following: NOW CITY 1) Esfima~ Est/ma (indivic Est/real mree (3 THE~ ~d total cost of project ed total assessment per unit .ual property cost) ed annual assessment per unit year term ,440 720 120 .EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF R.I~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That tile Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such su-eets ~ accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for ail or a portioq of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ra~.~ey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $1,440. 2) That aipublic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of MarchI1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m and the Ciiy Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improwement as required by law.
