Councilmcmber!. introduced thc following resolution and movcd for its adoption: ,: RESOLUTION ~t94-02- RESOLUTIO~ RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g94-03 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL BARTHEL R~M RIVER ACRES 2ND ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December Maintenance Program; and feasibility study for the 1994 Street 14, 1993, to pre, are a WHER~EAS, the report was received by thc Ramsey City Council on February 22, 199.4, which indicates thc following: ~.srimat~d total cost of project $11,010 Estima* total assessment per unit (individUal property cost) $ 5,505 Esfimati~d annual assessment per unit three (3j, year t~m $ 275 NOW THERe_ FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R/[MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th~ Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets ih accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion ~f the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Rar~ sey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $11,010. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March 11994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the Cit~, Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
