Councikrembe~, introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTIO~q RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPRO~VEMENT PROJECT ~)4-04 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL HAUSER/HIO. HWAY gl0 RAMSEY 1ST, 3RD AND 4TH) WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to pre~ are a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEI~EAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, ~994, whie,~'ain~eates the following: Esfimat%l total cost of project Estimat~ total assessment per unit (individUal property cost) ~E~s~a~. ann ual assessment~ p er unit $6,290 $2,820 $ 217 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R(~,MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That th~ Ramqey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoafing of such streets .n accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a pomon ~of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ru~.~ey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $6,290. 2) That a mblic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March [994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the Cit~ Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
