Councilmcmberl. introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-02- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-05 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL WHISPERINp PINES PLAT 5) WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prel~are a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Mainmnance Program; and WHEI~EAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which indicates the following: NOW CITY 1) Estimated total cost of project Estimat~ total assessment per unit (indivi~al property cost) Esrimat[d annual assessment per unit three (3) year term THEIt~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OF R..~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF That thee Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets In accordance with the mpon and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion! of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Rarhsey City Code Section 4.60 at an es~mated total cost of $1,465. $1,465 $ 733 $ 183 CITY COUNCIL OF THE MINNESOTA, as follows: 2) That a Public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March ~1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
