introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-02- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g94-06 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL SORTEBER~ 4TH AND STH ADDITIONS) WHEliEAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to p~pare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and [ WHEI~EAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which in~lticates the following: [ Es~ total cost of project Esrima~ed total assessment per unit (indivi4ual property cost) Esrlmal~l annual assessment per unit three (3!) year term $5,675 $1,675 $ 8O NOW THEIt[EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~e Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets ~n accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portionI of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Raa:ts~ ey City Code Section 4.60 at an est/mated total cost of $5,675. 2) That a ~ublic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March I1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the Cil~y Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by taw.
