Co~mc~Im~mbci' introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~)4-02- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROiVEMENT PROJECT #94-07 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL ALPACA ES~TATES 3RD ADDITION) WHEI~- AS, the City Engineer was di~c~ by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prepare a feasibility study for thc 1994 Strut Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received .by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which in,cares the following: NOW CITY Estimm Estimal (individ Esfimat three (3 THER · .xl total cost of project -.d total assessment per unit ual property cost) ~l annual assessment per unit year term EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE $6,905 $3,453 $ 157 CITY COUNCIL OF THE MINNESOTA, as follows: OF R.~rt. MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF 1) That th~ Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets m accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion!of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ra~ey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $6,905. 2) That a ~ublic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramscy Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m_ and the Cit~ Administrator shall give mailed and pubhshed notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
