Councilrnembe~, introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTIO~ RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-05 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL HUNTER'S ~ILL ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to pre, are a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which inc[icates thc following: Esrimat_dd total cost of project Estimat~ total assessment per unit (individ.~al property cost) Estimat~d annual assessment per unit three (3~ year term $6,130 $3,065 $ 106 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th~ Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoaring of such streets i~ accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion bf the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ra~qey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $6,130. 2) That a P~ublic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March 1994, m the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Mu.rficipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the Cit)~ Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improveJlnent as required by law.
